The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) conducts negotiations on returning the body of Azerbaijani serviceman killed on the frontline, head of Communication Department of the ICRC Baku Office Ilaha Huseynova told AzVision.az.
"We are holding a bilateral and confidential dialogue with relevant authorities," Ilaha Huseynova said.
Note, on September 22, Azerbaijani serviceman Ramin Abdulrahmanov got lost and shot dead by Armenians. Azerbaijan has appealed to the International Committee of the Red Cross to ensure the safe returning of the body of the soldier from the area.
